- If you live in the Sutherland Shire, I can hand deliver at a suitable time, or you can pick it up at Shire Arthouse in Cronulla

Any artwork you order on my website will follow the process below:

Order Placement: You will place your order and will receive confirmation via email

Order fulfillment and shipment: When your order has been fulfilled, it has been printed, packed and sent to you. You will receive another email detailing your order along with its tracking number

Fulfillment Times

Currently, all orders placed are ‘Made to Order’

All pieces will go through the Production Process and then are shipped to you.

If your order is urgent, please email orders@flycandy.com.au so arrangements can be made to best accommodate you.

The production process will take 5 days on average, but no longer than 10 days. But can definitely be less, depending on workload.

Shipping times are in addition to production times and are as follows:

Within NSW: 1-3 days

Outside NSW: 5-9 Days

If you are located within the Sutherland Shire, I will hand deliver them to you or you can pick them up at the Shire Arthouse in Cronulla. If I notice your order address is within the area, I will personally contact you to workout a delivery time or pickup time that suits.

International shipping on frames is currently unavailable, however it is available for 'Prints Only' with a standard shipping and handling rate of $50 AUD.

Returns and Damaged Goods

Due to the nature of made to order products and not stocking inventory of the items, return or exchange cannot be guaranteed. Refunds can occur only if your order has not shipped yet. So make sure you check your order email to make sure you ordered the correct item.

The packaging that the framed prints are transported in are custom fit and built specifically to protect the artworks as much as possible during their time spent in shipment. In the unlikely event of the artwork being damaged, please send a photo of the damage to orders@flycandy.com.au and I will organise the return process.
